生物质平台分子制备对二甲苯研究进展

综述了生物质平台分子制备对二甲苯(pX)的研究现状,重点介绍2,5-二甲基呋喃(DMF)与乙烯反应合成pX的路径与反应所需的催化剂,对分子筛、二氧化硅、杂多酸、磷酸盐以及其他固体酸催化体系进行了详细阐述。简要介绍了 2,5-二甲基呋喃分别与乙醇、丙烯酸反应以及其他生物质平台分子包括2-甲基呋喃、2,5-己二酮、异戊二烯合成pX的研究,对各路线研究现状进行总结,并对未来的研究思路提出展望。
Research Progress of Preparation of p-Xylene from Biomass-derived Platform Molecules
The research status of preparing p-xylene(pX)from biomass-derived platform molecules was reviewed,focusing on the pathways and catalysts for the synthesis of pX by the reaction of 2,5-dimethylfuran(DMF)with ethylene.The molecular sieves,silica,heteropolyacids,phosphates and other solid-acid-catalyzed systems were described in detail.And the studies briefly introduced the reactions of 2,5-dimethylfuran with ethanol and acrylic acid as well as the synthesis of pX from other biomass platform molecules including 2-methylfuran,2,5-hexanedione and isoprene.The current status of the research on each route was summarized,and the future research ideas were proposed.
