酸解法制备生物基纳米纤维素研究进展

纳米纤维素(NCC)作为一种绿色可再生纳米材料,因其独特的结构和优异的理化性质而备受关注。文中首先概述了传统NCC制备技术所遭遇的挑战,随后总结了近年来NCC制备原料,对酸解法生产NCC新工艺进行了综述,分别对预处理工艺改进、不同酸水解工艺以及全流程优化进行阐述。在此基础上对酸解法生产NCC的经济效益进行了深入分析,并就这一方法对环境的潜在影响进行了全面评估,最后对酸解法制备NCC工业化进程进行了展望。
Research Progress in Preparation of Bio-based Nanocellulose by Acid Hydrolysis
Nanocellulose(NCC),as a kind of green and renewable nanomaterial,had attracted much attention owing to its unique structure and excellent physical and chemical properties.The challenges encountered by the traditional NCC preparation technology were summarized firstly,and then the raw materials for NCC preparation in recent years were summarized.The new process of NCC production by acid hydrolysis was reviewed,and the improvement of pretreatment process,different acid hydrolysis process and the optimization of the whole process were described respectively.On this basis,the economic benefits of NCC production by acid hydrolysis were analyzed,and the potential impact of this method on the environment was comprehensively evaluated.Finally,the industrialization process of NCC production by acid hydrolysis was prospected.
