皂荚皂苷与椰油酰谷氨酸钠复配协同作用及去污性能研究

为探究纯化后的皂荚皂苷与椰油酰谷氨酸钠(SCG)组成的复配体系的协同作用及去污性能,配置了皂荚皂苷不同摩尔分数(α)的皂荚皂苷-SCG复配体系,并考察了复配体系的表面张力、油水界面张力、泡沫性能、乳化性能。研究结果显示:皂荚皂苷的α为1%时制备的皂荚皂苷-SCG复配体系的表面张力,相比于SCG低了 4。09%,相比于皂荚皂苷低了 39。29%;皂荚皂苷-SCG复配体系的临界胶束浓度(CCMC)值随着皂荚皂苷的α增加而减小,表明此时体系产生了协同增效作用;油水界面张力随α的增加先下降后升高,α为7%时制备的皂荚皂苷-SCG复配体系,油水两相产生的界面张力最小为5。56 mN/m,与SCG的相比降低了 64。81%,而发泡体积提高了 53。45%,泡沫稳定性比SCG提高了 9。78%,泡沫分布更加均匀,且泡沫细腻,表明皂荚皂苷-SCG复配体系的泡沫稳定性优异。皂苷α≥7%时,复配体系与大豆油制成乳液放置24 h后乳状液几乎未析出油相,复配体系的乳液稳定性明显提高。以棉白布浸渍墨水和食用油,考察皂荚皂苷-SCG复配体系(α=7%)在不同温度、转速、水硬度、表面活性剂浓度等洗涤参数下的去污性能,实验结果表明:用复配体系洗涤沾有污渍的棉白布,随着温度和转速的升高,棉白布洗涤后的白度明显增高,当洗涤水硬度增大时,棉布白度有所降低,在50℃、转速500 r/min、0 g/L硬水中添加3 mmol/L的皂荚皂苷-SCG(α=7%)洗涤效果最佳,白度值可达到98%。
Synergistic Effect and Decontamination Performance of Saponin from Gleditsia Sinensis Compounded with Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate
In order to investigate the synergistic effect and decontamination performance of the complex system composed of purified saponin and sodium cocoyl glutamate(SCG),the saponin-SCG complex systems with different molar fractions(α)of saponin were configured and the surface tension,oil-water interfacial tension,foaming performance,and emulsification performance of the complex systems were investigated.The results showed that the surface tension of the saponin-SCG complex system prepared when α=1%was 4.09%lower than that of SCG,and 39.29%lower than that of saponin.The critical micelle concentration(CMC)value of the gleditsia saponin-SCG system decreased with the increase of gleditsia saponin α,which indicated that the system had synergistic effects at this time.The oil-water interfacial tension decreased first and then increased with the increase of α.The minimum oil-water two-phase interfacial tension of the system prepared at α=7%decreased and then increased.The oil-water interfacial tension of the saponin-SCG system prepared at α=7%was 5.56 mN/m,which was 64.81%lower than that of SCG.The foam volume of the saponin-SCG system prepared at α=7%was 53.45%higher than that of SCG,and the stability of the foam was 9.78%higher than that of SCG.Foam distribution was more uniform,and the foam was delicate,indicating that the foam stability of the saponin-SCG compound system was excellent.When the saponin α≥7%,after the prepared emulsion by the compound system and soybean oil was placed for 24 h,the emulsion was almost no precipitation of the oil phase,and the emulsion stability of the compound system was significantly improved.The effect of the saponin-SCG system(α=7%)on the washing of stained cotton cloth impregnated with ink and edible oil was investigated under different washing parameters,such as temperature,spinning speed,water hardness,surfactant concentration,etc.The experimental results showed that the whiteness of the stained cotton cloth increased after washing with the increase of temperature and rotation speed when the stained cotton white cloth was washed with the compound system.When the hardness of the washing water increased,the whiteness of the cotton cloth decreased.At 50 ℃,under the conditions of rotation speed of 500 r/min,0 g/L of hard water,and 3 mmol/L of saponin SCG addition(α=7%),the washing effect was the best with the whiteness value of 98%.
