Co-pyrolysis Reaction Characteristics and Kinetics of Agricultural and Forestry Wastes With Plastics
In order to realize the utilization of biomass solid waste to solve the environmental pollution problems, the pyrolysis reaction characteristics of pine sawdust(P),high-density polyethylene(H)and their mixtures(P/H)were analyzed by thermogravimetric analyzer and tubular furnace, and the effects of blending ratio and heating rate on the co-pyrolysis behavior were studied. The results showed that, with the increasing in the blending ratio of HDPE,the weight loss rate decreased in the range of 200 to 420 ℃ and the co-pyrolysis was inhibited. The weight loss rate increased from 420 to 550℃,promoting the pyrolysis reaction. The synergistic effect of co-pyrolysis was the best when the blending ratio of HDPE was 70%.With the increase of heating rate, the weight loss curve moved to the high temperature side and the synergistic effect of co-pyrolysis was enhanced. The mixing of pine sawdust and high density polyethylene could reduce the reaction energy barrier, making the experimental activation energy of the mixture generally lower than the theoretical value. The results of gas yield showed that with the increment in mixting ratio of high-density polyethylene, the contents of produced CO and CO2 decreased, the content of CH4 increased, and the content of H2 showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. And the results of gas yield showed that the co-pyrolysis process promoted the generation of CO and CO2,and inhibited the generation of H2.
