摘要
酒精使用障碍(Alcohol Use Disorder,AUD)是一种慢性、复发性脑疾病,目前尚缺乏有效治疗手段.近年来深部脑刺激(Deep Brain Stimulation,DBS)在AUD中有了不少探索性应用.尽管DBS在治疗酒精使用障碍方面才刚刚起步,仍处于研究阶段,但颇有前景,有望成为治疗AUD的新手段之一.本文从DBS治疗AUD的潜在疗效、不良反应、作用机制等方面进行总结.
Abstract
Alcohol use disorder(AUD)is a chronic,recurrent brain disease.And there is no effective treatment.In recent years,deep brain stimulation(DBS)has been explored in AUD.Although DBS is in its in-fancy in the treatment of AUD and is still in the research stage,it is promising and is expected to become one of the new treatments for AUD.This article summarized the potential efficacy,adverse reactions and mechanism of action of DBS in the treatment of AUD.
