摘要
路易体痴呆是第2 大常见的神经退行性疾病,主要临床表现为波动性病程、幻视、帕金森症状等,易被误诊为其他器质性疾病所致的精神障碍.现报告误诊为额颞叶痴呆的1 例路易体痴呆患者.
Abstract
Dementia with Lewy body is the second most common neurodegenerative disease.Its main clinical manifestations include fluctuating cognition,hallucinations and symptoms of Parkinsonism.It is easy to be misdiagnosed as mental disorder caused by other organic diseases.There is a case of dementia with Lewy bodywhich is misdiagnosed as frontotemporal dementia.
