摘要
非自杀性自伤是一个严重的临床问题,由心理、社会和生物学因素交互作用所致,最常发生于青少年及成年早期.心理和社会因素一定程度上指导了自我伤害心理社会干预方法.非自杀性自伤的生物学机制尚不明确,部分患者自伤行为具有成瘾特点,导致纠正和治愈困难.本文就非自杀性自伤行为成瘾的生物学机制、风险因素、共病疾病及治疗措施等研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Nonsuicidal self-injury is a serious clinical problem.It is probably caused by the interactions between psychological,social and biological factors,which mostly occurs in adolescents and early adulthood.Psy-chological and social factors guide psychological and social intervention for self-harm in a certain extent.The bi-ological mechanism of nonsuicidal self-injury is not yet clear,and some patients＇self-injury behavior has addic-tive characteristics which make it difficult to be corrected and be cured.This article provides a certain outlook research progress on the biological mechanisms,risk factors,comorbidities and treatment measures for nonsuicid-al self-injury behavior addiction.
