克莱恩-莱文综合征伴精神发育迟滞1例——个案报道及文献复习

摘要
克莱恩-莱文综合征(Klein-Levin syndrome,KLS)也称周期性过度嗜睡,以反复发作的严重嗜睡伴认知、精神和行为异常为主要表现,该病罕见,目前尚无特效治疗.该病发病早期间隔时间短、反复发作,随年龄增长,发作持续时间、严重程度和频率均减少甚至不再发作.本例个案报道 1 例KLS患者,分析其临床表现、检验检查及治疗效果,并进行相关文献复习.
Abstract
Klein-Levin Syndrome(KLS),also known as periodic excessive sleepiness,is characterized by recurrent severe sleepiness with cognitive,mental and behavioral abnormalities.In the early stage of the dis-ease,the interval is short and the number of repetitions is frequent.With the increase of age,the duration,severi-ty and frequency of the attacks all decrease or even no longer occur.This patient of KLS was studied.The clini-cal manifestations,examinations and treatment effects were analyzed,and relevant literature review was conducted.
