神经性贪食认知功能及其研究进展

摘要
神经性贪食是以反复发作性暴食,并伴随防止体质量增加的补偿性行为、对自身体重和体形过分关注为主要特征的一类进食障碍,其病理机制尚未明确.认知功能紊乱是神经性贪食维持和发展的重要因素.本文回顾了国内外对于神经性贪食认知功能的相关研究和常用研究方法,主要总结了抑制控制、注意偏向、定势转换、决策和工作记忆方面的研究进展,并对未来的研究方向进行展望.
Abstract
Bulimia nervosa is a kind of eating disorder characterized by recurrent binge eating,compensato-ry behaviors to prevent an increase in body mass,and excessive attention to body weight and body shape.Its pathological mechanism is not yet clear.Cognitive dysfunction is an important factor in the maintenance and de-velopment of bulimia nervosa.This paper reviews the relevant studies and research methods on the cognitive functions of bulimia nervosa,and mainly summarizes the research progress in inhibitory control,attentional bias,set conversion,decision-making and working memory.And looking forward to the future research direction.
