摘要
本文综述了儿童期精神分裂症(COS)的遗传特点,COS遗传度＞80%,主要表现为①相关风险基因与成年期精神分裂症有很多重叠;②很多风险基因也关联孤独症谱系障碍等更早发的神经发育性障碍;③COS的风险基因结构中含有更多的常见和罕见变异体,包括拷贝数变异体(CNVs).
Abstract
This article summarized the genetic characteristics of childhood onset schizophrenia(COS).The heritability of COS was over 80%,which showed that①relevant risk genes overlaps with adult schizophrenia.②Many risk genes are also associated with earlier neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder;③The risk gene structure of COS contains more common and rare variants,including copy number variants.
