谷氨酸脱羧酶1在精神疾病中的研究进展

摘要
谷氨酸脱羧酶(glutamic acid decarboxylase,GAD)是 γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GA-BA)的合成酶,主要在脑和胰岛中存在.GABA的异常表达与多种疾病相关,多项研究表明其合成酶GAD1 可能参与精神疾病的发病过程,现就GAD1 研究的新进展及其可能的致病机制进行综述.
Abstract
Glutamic acid decarboxylase(GAD)is a synthetic enzyme of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),which is mainly found in the brain and pancreatic islets,and its aberrant expression has been associated with a variety of diseases,and several studies have shown that its synthetic enzyme,GAD1,may be involved in the pathogenesis of psychiatric disorders.The new developments in the study of GAD1 and its possible pathogenic mechanisms are summarized here.
