摘要
双相障碍治疗过程中,药物源性转相会导致快速循环和混合状态,并且增加心境的不稳定性和治疗难度.为此,本文将阐述药物和情感转相两者之间的关系以及可能的神经递质机制,为临床实践提供参考.
Abstract
During the treatment of bipolar disorder,medication-induced switches would lead to rapid cycling and mixed states,and increase mood instability and treatment difficulty.This article will describe the relationship between psychotropics and mood switches,and possible neurotransmitter mechanisms,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
