Relationship between norepinephrine transporter gene polymorphism and self aggressive behavior in Han patients with depression
Objective:Exploring the relationship between the NET gene polymorphism and self aggressive behavior in Han depression patients.Method:One hundred and sixty one Han depression patients admitted to outpatient clinics of Tianjing Anding hospital from January 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the study group, and another 165 Han population who underwent health examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.Compare the distribution of two related genotypes and alleles.Analyze the relationship between NET gene polymorphism and self aggressive behavior in Han depression patients. Results:The distribution frequency of related genotypes and alleles in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The distribution frequency of related genes and alleles in the group with self aggressive behavior was higher than that in the group without self aggressive behavior(P<0.05);Gender,family history of mental illness, and other factors are all risk factors for self aggressive behavior in Han depression patients. Conclusion:The distribution frequency of G1287A genotype AA,allele A,T182C genotype CC,and allele C may be risk factors for self aggressive behavior in Han depression patients.
