反刍思维在双相障碍中是较为普遍的临床现象,与双相障碍的抑郁或躁狂症状、病程、发作次数、自杀等多个临床特征相关.反刍思维的机制尚不完全明确,相关的临床及神经机制研究对于理解双相障碍的病理基础以及设置临床干预靶点有指导意义.本文就双相障碍反刍思维的临床特点、心理学机制、影像学基础等研究进展进行综述.
Research progress of rumination in bipolar disorder
Rumination is a prevalent clinical occurrence in bipolar disorder and is associated with several clinical characteristics of the disorder,such as depressed or manic symptoms,duration of the illness,frequency of episodes,and suicide.The precise mechanisms behind rumination remain incompletely understood,and pertinent clinical and neurological investigations are valuable in elucidating the pathological basis of bipolar disorder and setting targets for clinical management.This article provides an overview of the progress of research on the clinical features,psychological mechanisms,and imaging basis of rumination in bipolar disorder.
