Effects of different doses of metformin on lactoprotein and blood lipid in patients with schizophrenia treated with risperidone

摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量二甲双胍对利培酮治疗的精神分裂症患者泌乳素及血脂的影响.方法:选取2020年7月至2021年4月于芜湖市第四人民医院住院并使用利培酮的精神分裂症患者150例,随机分为A组、B组、C组(每组50例患者),3组分别给予二甲双胍500 mg/d、1 000 mg/d、1 500 mg/d治疗12周.分别于治疗前后检测3组患者的泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)、血糖(blood glucose,Glu)、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein,HDL).结果:二甲双胍治疗前,3组中女性患者PRL均高于男性,比较差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.001).联合二甲双胍治疗后,B组、C组患者TG、HDL、PRL水平优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).结论:二甲双胍可改善利培酮所致精神分裂症患者PRL升高和脂代谢异常,PRL降低与二甲双胍使用剂量存在量效关系.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of metformin on prolactin and blood lipid in schizophrenic patients treated with risperidone.Method:A total of 150 schizophrenic patients hospitalized in the Wuhu Fourth People's Hospital from July 2020 to April 2021 and received risperidone were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C(50 patients in each group),and the 3 groups were given metformin 500 mg/d,1 000 mg/d and 1 500 mg/d for 12 weeks,respectively.The levels of prolactin(PRL),blood glucose(Glu),triacylglycerol(TG)and high density lipoprotein(HDL)in 3 groups were detected before and after treatment.Results:Before metformin treatment,PRL in female patients was higher than that in male patients in all 3 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.001).After combined with metformin,the levels of TG,HDL and PRL in groups B and C were better than those in group A,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Metformin can improve the increase of PRL and abnormal lipid metabolism in patients with risperidone-induced schizophrenia.There is a dose-effect relationship between the decrease of PRL and the dosage of metformin.
