This article reports a case of pheochromocytoma with mental disorder as the first symptom.The clinical manifestations of pheochromocytoma are not typical.It is not easy to be identified in the early stage,and there is no literature report on pheochromocytoma with manic symptoms as its prominent manifestations.This case aims to improve clinicians'understanding of this disease,and remind psychiatrists to make detailed medical history inquiries and pay attention to physical examination,so as to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
