摘要
强迫障碍(obsessive-compulsive disorder,OCD)是一种严重的慢性失能性精神疾病,具有高共病率、高致残率、高误诊率的特点,这给家庭和社会造成了极大的负担.随着大量研究的展开,越来越多的研究结果表明重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)在OCD的治疗中起到了重要作用.本文系统阐述了近年来rTMS在OCD治疗中的相关研究,梳理了 rTMS对OCD可能的起效机制,并对rTMS治疗OCD的常用位点、疗效及安全性进行综述,为将来rTMS在OCD的治疗中提供更多的可能性.
Abstract
Obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD)is a serious chronic disability mental disease,which has the characteristics of high comorbidity rate,high disability rate and high misdiagnosis rate.It has caused a great burden the family and society.With the development of a large number of studies,more and more research results show that repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)plays an important role in the treatment of OCD.This review systematically expounds the relevant research of rTMS in the treatment of OCD in recent years,combs the possible effective mechanism of rTMS on OCD,and summarizes the common schemes,efficacy and safety of rTMS in the treatment of OCD,so as to provide more possibilities for rTMS in the treatment of OCD in the future.
