A case of pulmonary sarcoidosis with fever,cough and syncope as the main clinical symptoms
Pulmonary sarcoidosis is a relatively rare disease in the emergency department.Due to its lack of specificity in clinical manifestations,it is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of pulmonary sarcoidosis in order to improve the understanding of pulmonary nodules in emer-gency department.
