摘要
肺结节病是急诊科相对罕见的疾病,由于其临床表现缺乏特异性,易被漏诊和误诊.本文通过详细介绍1例肺结节病的诊治经过,并简述该病的临床表现及治疗策略,以提高急诊科医师对肺结节病的认识.
Abstract
Pulmonary sarcoidosis is a relatively rare disease in the emergency department.Due to its lack of specificity in clinical manifestations,it is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of pulmonary sarcoidosis in order to improve the understanding of pulmonary nodules in emer-gency department.
