Post-cardiac arrest syndrome is a complex clinical manifestation involving multiple systems after cardiac arrest and resuscitation,which has a huge impact on society and families.Although it is highly valued in clinical research,there is currently no specific measure for treatment,mainly supportive treatment.A variety of related treatment strategies have been developed based on the findings of a series of pathophysiological studies,but the actual clinical effects are not necessarily in line with expectations.This article discusses the hot issues and con-troversies in the study of post-cardiac arrest syndrome in recent years,so as to provide ideas for further research.
