摘要
心脏骤停后综合征是心脏骤停复苏后的一种复杂的、涉及到多个系统的临床表现,对社会以及家庭的影响巨大.尽管心脏骤停后综合征在临床研究中非常受重视,但是对于治疗而言,目前还没有特异性的措施,主要以支持性治疗为主.随着一系列病理生理研究结果的发现制定了多种相关的治疗策略,但实际的临床效果并不一定符合预期.本文就近年来心脏骤停后综合征研究的热点问题及争议进行综述,从而为下一步的研究提供思路.
Abstract
Post-cardiac arrest syndrome is a complex clinical manifestation involving multiple systems after cardiac arrest and resuscitation,which has a huge impact on society and families.Although it is highly valued in clinical research,there is currently no specific measure for treatment,mainly supportive treatment.A variety of related treatment strategies have been developed based on the findings of a series of pathophysiological studies,but the actual clinical effects are not necessarily in line with expectations.This article discusses the hot issues and con-troversies in the study of post-cardiac arrest syndrome in recent years,so as to provide ideas for further research.
