小肠贯通刀刺伤系膜缘肠壁隐匿性穿孔伴腹腔间室综合征1例

摘要
外伤性系膜缘肠壁隐匿性穿孔较为少见,且容易漏诊而延误病情.本文报道1例小肠贯通伤系膜缘肠壁隐匿性穿孔,并发腹腔间室综合征、腹膜炎、感染性休克患者的临床资料、漏诊分析及诊治体会,为此类患者的诊治提供参考.
Abstract
Traumatic occult perforation of mesenteric wall is rare,and it is easy to miss diagnosis and delay the disease.This article reports the clinical data,missed diagnosis analysis,diagnosis and treatment experience of a patient with occult perforation of the intestinal wall at the mesenteric edge of small intestinal penetrating injury,complicated with abdominal compartment syndrome,peritonitis and septic shock,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of such patients.
