摘要
急危重症患者往往存在急性胃肠损伤,该现象备受关注且不容忽视.急性胃肠损伤不仅发生率高,而且在多器官功能障碍综合征的发生与发展中起重要作用,其对患者病情及预后具有不可忽视的影响.本文就急危重症患者急性胃肠损伤的生物标志物进行综述,为AGI的早期识别提供分子线索.
Abstract
Acute gastrointestinal injury often exists in acute and critical patients,which has received increas-ing attention and become a problem that cannot be ignored.Acute gastrointestinal injury not only has a high inci-dence,but also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of multiple organ dysfunction syn-drome,which has a significant impact on the condition and prognosis of patients.This article reviews the biomar-kers of acute gastrointestinal injury in acute and critical patients,providing molecular clues for early identification of acute gastrointestinal injury.
