甲维-茚虫威中毒致高铁血红蛋白血症1例报告

摘要
甲维-茚虫威是一种新型杀虫剂,由甲维盐、茚虫威混合而成,其毒性成分为茚虫威.国内外陆续有为数不多的中毒病例报告,现报道1例甲维-茚虫威中毒.茚虫威具有芳香代谢物,可以生物转化为产生高铁血红蛋白的活性中间体,引起高铁血红蛋白血症.应用亚甲蓝治疗后高铁血红蛋白量下降至正常,以供临床参考.
Abstract
Metovir-indocarb is a new insecticide,which is a mixture of metre-salt and indocarb,and its toxic component is indocarb.A small number of poisoning cases have been reported at home and abroad.Now report a case of metovir-indocarb poisoning.Indocarb has aromatic metabolites,which can be biotransformed into active intermediates for producing methemoglobin,causing methemoglobinemia.The amount of methemoglobin can de-crease to normal after methylene blue treatment.
