Exploration of the compression form and airway establishment method during ECPR in patients with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest
The survival rate of patients with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest is low.For patients who cannot re-turn of spontaneous circulation or maintain autonomous heart rhythm through conventional cardiopulmonary re-suscitation,extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation(ECPR)can be performed by establishing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. There is still controversy over the effectiveness of different implementation methods in ECPR.This article will discuss whether to use manual chest compressions or mechanical chest compression, which airway method to establish, whether to perform endotracheal intubation, and whether these measures will affect the prognosis of patients.
