热射病肠道屏障损伤机制及临床治疗研究进展

在过去的10年中,气候变化和人类的活动使得极端天气在全球范围内发生的频次和程度不断增加,频发的热浪给人类带来更多的问题,热射病所造成的死亡及致残人数呈现不断增加的态势.热射病是一种可以导致人员死亡的急性疾病,核心症状是体温上升到40℃以上,伴有中枢神经系统功能的障碍,在热射病的发病过程中,肠道屏障的损伤被认为是热射病系统性炎症反应和多器官损伤的始动环节,本文针对热射病诱发的肠道屏障损伤进行综述,为临床上热射病的救治做出参考.
Research progress on the mechanism and clinical treatment of intestinal barrier injury in heat stroke
In the past decade,climate change and human activities have led to an increasing frequency and se-verity of extreme weather events worldwide.Frequent heatwaves have brought about numerous issues for humani-ty,with the incidence of heat stroke-related deaths and disabilities showing a rising trend.Heat stroke is an acute illness that can lead to fatalities,characterized by a core symptom of body temperature exceeding 40℃ accompa-nied by central nervous system dysfunction.During the onset of heatstroke,intestinal barrier injury is considered to be the initiating factor for systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.This article provides a review of intestinal barrier injury induced by heat stroke and serves as a reference for the treatment of heat stroke in clinical practice.
