Research progress of difficult airway prediction model
Airway management has always been the focus of clinical anesthesia practice.Failure in airway management is the primary cause of serious complications such as hypoxia and hypoxic brain injury in patients.Anesthesiologists often encounter difficult airways in clinical work,and sufficient preoperative eval-uation is essential for identifying potential patients with difficult airway.Currently,there is a lack of stable and reliable risk prediction models of difficult airways both domestically and internationally.This article mainly describes the research progress of difficult airway from three aspects:appearance index,appearance prediction model and imaging index,providing reference for airway management in establishing an artificial intelligence difficult airway prediction model in the future.
