Research progress on one-lung ventilation in patients with tracheal bronchus
Tracheal bronchus(TB)is a rarely congenital tracheal anomaly.TB is a rarely congenital tracheal anomaly, referring to the right upper lobe bronchus originating from the trachea.TB is often asymp-tomatic and often accidentally detected during fiberoptic bronchoscopy or computed tomography examination due to other diseases.Depending on the tracheal bronchial's opening position and possible anatomical distor-tion,one-lung ventilation management for TB patients can be extremely challenging for the anesthesiologists. This article reviews the Conacherl classification, diagnosis of tracheal bronchial and one-lung ventilation management in order to provide anesthesiologists with the better management for such patients.
