摘要
皮肌炎是一种自身免疫性系统性炎性病变,特征性皮肤损害和对称性四肢近端肌无力是其典型的临床表现,间质性肺炎、缺血性心肌病和恶性肿瘤是皮肌炎患者死亡的重要原因.皮肌炎与恶性肿瘤密切相关,手术切除肿瘤后皮肌炎症状或可缓解.皮肌炎患者围术期发生反流误吸、困难气道、肺炎、呼吸衰竭、缺血性心肌病、心脏停搏、肌松恢复延迟的风险增加,这些问题需要引起临床麻醉科医师的高度重视.
Abstract
Dermatomyositis is one type of idiopathic autoimmnue myositis.Characteristic skin dam-age and symmetrical proximal limb muscle weakness are typical clinical manifestations.Furthermore,inter-stitial pneumonia,ischemic cardiomyopathy,and malignant tumors are important causes of death for patients with dermatomyositis.Dermatomyositis has been significantly associated with malignancy and surgical resec-tion of neoplasm could alleviate dermatomyositis.Dermatomyositis are associated with increased risks of aspi-ration,difficult airway,pneumonia,cardiovascular events,delayed recovery of muscle relaxation.These is-sues need to be highly valued by clinical anesthesiologists.
