颊针的理论研究与围术期应用进展

摘要
颊针疗法是以现代解剖学和生物全息理论为基础,同时融合大三焦理论和心身理论,对机体进行全身调节的新型微针疗法,具有取穴简便、进针无痛、临床疗效显著的优势.本文回顾了关于颊针理论和围术期应用的研究,从颊针起源与发展及理论基础、围术期临床应用实践两个方面进行综述,论述了目前颊针在理论研究方面进展以及理论指导下的围术期应用,分析了颊针疗法的优势与不足,旨在为颊针疗法的进一步研究与推广应用提供理论依据.
Abstract
Buccal acupuncture therapy is a new type of microneedle therapy,which is based on modern anatomy and biological holographic theory,and combines therapy theory and psychosomatic theory to regulate the whole body.It has the advantages of simple acupoint selection,painless acupuncture and re-markable clinical curative effect.This paper reviews the research on the theory and perioperative application of buccal needle,summarizes the origin,development and theoretical basis of buccal acupuncture and the clinical application practice in perioperative period,discusses the current progress in theoretical research and perioperative application of buccal acupuncture under the guidance of theory,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.The purpose of this study is to provide a reliable basis for further clinical ap-plication of buccal acupuncture.
