摘要
目的:观察咪唑斯汀联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗肛周湿疹的疗效及安全性.方法:采用随机对照的方法将59例患者分为两组,治疗组30例,予以口服咪唑斯汀缓释片,每日1次,每次10 mg,外用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏,每日早晚各1次.对照组29例,仅外用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏,用法同治疗组,疗程均为14d,结束后判定疗效.结果:治疗组在7d和14d的有效率分别为83.33％和93.33％,优于对照组58.62％和68.97％.有效率差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05),且2组均未见严重不良反应.结论:咪唑斯汀联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗肛周湿疹疗效好,安全性高.
Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of mizolastine sustained release tablets combining with Pevisone (Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream) on treatment of perianal eczema. Methods: A randomized controlled clinical trial was adopted in this study. Fifty nine patients were divided into two groups. Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with taking mizolastine sustained release tablets once a day combining with Pevisone. Twenty nine patients of control group were applied with Pevisone twice a day only. The efficacy was evaluated 14 days later. Results: Effective ratio of the treatment group on the 7th day and the 14th day were 83.33% and 93.33%, while those of the control group were 58.62% and 68.97%. There was statistical difference between the two groups on the 7th day and the 14th day (all P＜0.05). No serious side effects were observed both in two groups. Conclusion: The results suggest that combination of mizolastine sustained release tablets and Pevisone is effective and safe in treatment of perianal eczema.
