复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗寻常性银屑病疗效和安全性评价

摘要
目的:观察复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏(含0.05％丙酸氯倍他索和0.025％全反式维A酸)治疗寻常性银屑病(PV)的疗效和安全性.方法:180例PV患者随机分为6组:试验组3组(复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏)、对照一组(卤米松乳膏)、对照二组(他卡西醇乳膏)和对照三组(卡泊三醇乳膏),每天早晚各用药1次,连续4周.结果:试验组治愈率及有效率均高于对照组(P均＜0.01),各试验组和对照组不良反应发生率差别均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗PV安全有效.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound clobetasol propionate,containing 0.05％ clobetasol propionate and 0.025％ tretinoin,for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris (PV).Methods:One hundred and eighty patients with PV were divided into 6 groups.The treatment groups were treated with compound clobetasol propionate,while the other three control groups were treated with halometasone cream (control group 1),tacalcitol ointment (control group 2) and calcipotriol cream (control group 3),respectively.Treatments were all given twice daily for 4 weeks.Results:Both cure and effective rates in the treatment groups were higher than those in the controls (P＜0.01).The incidence of adverse reaction between treatment and control groups were no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Compound clobetasol propionate is effective and safe for the treatment of PV.
