A case of linear Darier's disease is reported.A 28-year-old male presented with red brown papules on the left trunk and left lower limbs with pruritus for more than 10 years.Dermatological examination revealed that reddish-brown papules,ranging in size from millet to mung bean,were visible on the left trunk and left lower limb,and some of them partially fused into plaques.Histopathological examination revealed hyperkeratosis,acanthosis,formation of cracks in the epidermis with dysker-atosis cells(round body and grains);a small amount of inflammatory cells infiltrated in the dermis.A diagnosis was linear Darier's disease.
