Objective To investigate the effect of miR-652-3p on glioblastoma(GBM)cell lines. Methods GBM C6 and U87 cell lines were transfected with miR-652-3p mimic, and then the effects of miR-652-3p on cell proliferation and migration were detected by CCK8,flow cytometry,EdU,Transwell and wound-healing assays, respectively. The interaction between miR-652-3 p and neuroplastin(Nptn)was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),Western blot and dual luciferase reporter gene assays. The effects of Nptn on cell proliferation and migration were investigated by CCK8,cytometry,EdU,Transwell and wound-healing assays. Results Overexpression of miR-652-3p inhibits the proliferation and migration of GBM cells.Nptn is a functional target of miR-652-3p.Interfering with the expression of Nptn inhibits the proliferation and migration of GBM cells. Conclusion miR-652-3p suppresses GBM proliferation and migration by targeting Nptn.
