Objective To explore clinical characteristics and treatment of mixed cerebral cavernous malformations(CCM)with developmental venous anomaly(DVA).Methods The clinical data of a patient with mixed CCM with DVA admitted to Department of Neurosurgery,Peking Union Medical College Hospital in December 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.Result The patient's epilepsy was controlled after resection of cavernous hemangioma and venous malformation in the medial posterior part of the left temporal lobe,and there was no recurrence of postoperative symptoms during the perioperative period.Conclusion Mixed CCM with DVA have no specific manifestations requiring complex therapeutic strategies.
