Influencing factors of post-PCI sleep disorders in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective To explore the influencing factors of sleep disorders in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with AMI were divided into sleep disorders(SD)and normal sleep(NS)group according to cormobid sleep disorders or not.Single factor and Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of post-PCI sleep disorders in elderly AMI patients. Results Among the 62 recruited patients 21 ones developed sleep disorders, with an incidence rate of 33.87%.The proportions of drinking fluids at bedtime, pain at the puncture site, and anxious and depressive emotions were higher in SD than NS group(P<0.01).Pain at the puncture site, drinking fluids at bedtime, and anxious and depressive emotions were all risk factors of post-PCI sleep disorders in elderly AMI patients(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The incidence of post-PCI sleep disorders in elderly patients with AMI is higher, their influencing factors are more, and clinically targeted interventions should be carried out according to its influencing factors to improve patients'sleep status.
