Influencing factors of occupational burnout among nurses cooperating with plastic surgery
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of occupational burnout among nurses cooperating with plastic surgery.Methods A total of 120 nurses at plastic surgery were selected as research objects and surveys performed among them using Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS),general information questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ).Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of nurses'occupational burnout,intervention measures were developed.Results Of 120 nurses,48 ones(40.00%)had no occupational burnout and were set as non-burnout group;seventy-two nurses had occupational burnout and were set as burnout group.Intergroup differences in ages,educational levels,sleep quality,working years,shift system,average revenue per month,professional titles,number of night shift per month,coping styles,and overtime per week were statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that poor sleep quality,above 3-year working experience,night shift system,nurse practitioner and above professional titles,and negative coping styles were independent risk factors of professional burnout in nurses cooperating with plastic surgery(P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of occupational burnout among nurses cooperating with plastic surgery is higher,factors influencing occupational burnout are more,and attention should be paid to their stratified management and emotional catharsis enhanced in order to lower the occurrence of professional burnout.
