摘要

拒绝上学是儿童青少年常见的心理问题,对儿童青少年个人、家庭、社会都会产生不良影响.儿童青少年拒绝上学时间越久,重新回到学校的难度就越大.因此,综述对国内外现有研究结果进行梳理,主要从概念、流行病学、临床表现、影响因素及干预方面进行评述,以期为相关研究提供参考,为受拒绝上学问题困扰的儿童青少年提供有效的支持,助力其早日重返校园.

Abstract

School refusal is a common psychological problem in children and adolescents and has adverse effects on children and adolescents themselves,their families,and society.The longer school refusal in children and adolescents,the more difficult returning to school.Therefore,the results of existing studies at home and abroad are reviewed mainly from concept,epidemiology,clinical manifestations,influencing factors,and interventions in order to provide references for relevant researchers and effective support for children and adolescents with school refusal and help them to return to school as soon as possible.
