Effect of individualized nursing on negative emotions,post-traumatic growth and postoperative rehabilitation of ectopic pregnancy patients
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing on negative emotions,post-traumatic growth and postoperative rehabilitation of ectopic pregnancy patients. Methods Eighty ectopic pregnancy patients were randomly divided into observation and control group, with 40 ones in each.Observation group received individualized nursing and controls did routine propaganda and education.Such indexes were compared between two groups as negative emotions(Hamilton Depression Scale[HAMD]and Hamilton Anxiety Scale[HAMA]scores),post-traumatic growth(Post-traumatic Growth Inventory[PTGI]scores)and postoperative rehabilitation before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the HAMA and HAMD scores in both groups were lower compared with pre-nursing and so were those in observation than control group(P<0.01).After nursing, the total and each dimension scores of the PTGI in both groups were higher compared with pre-nursing and so were those in observation than control group(P<0.01).Post-operative length of stay was shorter, first feeding, exhausting and defecating were earlier in observation than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Individualized nursing has a remarkable effect in ectopic pregnancy patients, can effectively promote postoperative rehabilitation, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
