This case report analyzes the process of case management service for one schizophrenic.Via vertical and horizontal case analysis,a series of case management services was carried out such as standardized treatment,training,intervention and guidance targeting insufficient insight into illness,poor medication adherence,poor family relationship and insufficient social support.The results showed that the patient had stable condition,recovered insight basically,and finally returned to society.
