摘要
目的 对比多层螺旋CT(MSCT)及MRI检查对听神经瘤诊断效能.方法 回顾分析 2019 年 4 月—2021 年7 月收治的86 例听神经瘤临床资料.比较MSCT、MRI及二者联合对听神经瘤诊断效能,并分析听神经瘤MSCT、MRI特征.结果 MRI联合MSCT诊断听神经瘤准确率95.35%(82/86),明显高于单一MRI诊断的 84.88%(73/86)、MSCT诊断的72.09%(62/86)(P<0.05).MSCT平扫可见类圆形肿块,多为均匀等或略低密度信号影,增强扫描肿瘤有明显强化,可为均匀、不均匀或环形强化;MRI平扫囊性肿瘤T1WI、T2WI均呈高或稍高信号,实性肿瘤T1WI呈略低或低信号、T2WI呈高或稍高信号,囊实性肿瘤T1WI呈低或稍低信号、T2WI呈高或稍高信号;增强扫描肿瘤有明显均匀一致性强化.结论 MSCT和MRI均可显示听神经瘤影像学特点,二者联合可提高诊断准确率.
Abstract
Objective To compare the diagnostic efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and MRI in acoustic neuro-ma.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with acoustic neuroma treated from April 2019 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnostic efficacy of MSCT,MRI and their combined examination in acoustic neuroma was compared,and the MSCT and MRI characteristics of acoustic neuroma were analyzed.Results The accuracy of MRI combined with MSCT in the diagnosis of acoustic neuroma was 95.35%(82/86),which was significantly higher than that of single MRI diagnosis[(84.88%(73/86)]and MSCTdiagnosis[(72.09%)(62/86)](P<0.05).MSCT plain scan revealed similar round mas-ses,mostly uniform or slightly low density signal shadow,and enhanced scan revealed obvious enhancement,which can be uni-form,uneven or circular enhancement.Plain MRI revealed that cystic tumors showed high or slightly high signals on T1WI and T2WI,that solid tumors showed slightly low or low signals on T1WI and high or slightly high signals on T2WI,and that solid tumors showed low or slightly low signals on T1WI and high or slightly high signals on T2WI.The enhanced scan showed signifi-cant uniform and consistent enhancement of the tumor.Conclusion Both MSCT and MRI can display the imaging features of acoustic neuroma,and their combined examination can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
