强直性脊柱炎患者血清IL-27、sTRAIL水平与BAsDAI的相关性分析

摘要
目的 探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者血清白细胞介素-27(IL-27)、可溶性肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(sTRAIL)水平与AS疾病活动指数(BAsDAI)的相关性.方法 选取2020 年6 月—2022 年9 月收治的92 例AS作为观察组,另选取同期进行体检的45 例健康者作为对照组.对比观察组与对照组血清IL-27 及sTRAIL水平,采用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨影响AS患者疾病活动度的危险因素,采用Pearson线性相关分析血清IL-27 及sTRAIL水平与BAsDAI的相关性.结果 观察组血清IL-27 及sTRAIL水平高于对照组(P＜0.01).血清IL-27 及sTRAIL水平是影响AS患者疾病活动度的危险因素(P＜0.05).AS患者血清IL-27 及sTRAIL水平与BAsDAI呈明显正相关(r = 0.615、0.623,P＜0.001).结论 血清IL-27 及sTRAIL水平是影响AS患者疾病活动度的危险因素,且与BAsDAI呈正相关,检测血清IL-27 及sTRAIL对于评价BAsDAI具有一定的临床价值.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum levels of interleukin-27(IL-27),soluble tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand(sTRAIL)and Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index(BAsDAI)in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods In total,92 patients with AS admitted from June 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 45 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the same pe-riod were selected as the control group.Serum IL-27 and sTRAIL levels were compared between the observation group and the control group.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors affecting disease activity in AS pa-tients,and Pearson linear correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum IL-27 and sTRAIL levels and BAsDAI.Results Serum IL-27 and sTRAIL levels in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.01).Serum IL-27 and sTRAIL levels were risk factors for disease activity in AS patients(P＜0.05).Serum IL-27 and sTRAIL levels in AS patients were significantly positively correlated with BAsDAI(r =0.615,0.623,P＜0.001).Conclusion Ser-um IL-27 and sTRAIL levels are risk factors affecting disease activity in AS patients,and are positively correlated with BAsDAI.Detection of serum IL-27 and sTRAIL levels has certain clinical value for evaluating BAsDAI.
