安珂微创旋切系统手术治疗乳腺良性肿块患者效果观察
Observation on the Effect of EnCor Minimally Invasive Rotory-cut Surgery on Benign Breast Masses

摘要
目的 研究安珂微创旋切系统手术治疗乳腺良性肿块患者的临床效果.方法 选取 2019 年 1 月—2021 年6 月收治的322 例乳腺良性肿块,据手术方式不同分为研究组(n =162,予安珂微创旋切系统手术治疗)和对照组(n =160,予传统乳腺肿块切除术治疗).比较2 组手术相关指标,手术前后应激指标[皮质醇(COR)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)],复发、美观程度及术后并发症.结果 研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、切口长度、切口愈合时间均短于对照组(P＜0.01).术后24h2 组NE、COR、TNF-α均高于术前,且研究组低于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).2 组随访6 个月均无复发病例;研究组术后乳房美观优良率(93.21%,151/162)高于对照组(76.25%,122/160)(P＜0.01).研究组术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 采用安珂微创旋切系统手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的效果显著,可缩短手术时间及患者住院时间,减轻应激反应和减少术后并发症的发生,且能提高术后乳房美观度.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of EnCor minimally invasive rotar-cut surgery in the treatment of benign breast masses.Methods A total of 322 patients with benign breast masses treated from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods:research group(n =162,treated by EnCor minimally invasive rotary-cut surgery)and control group(n =160,treated by traditional breast mass resection).Surgery-related indicators,preoperative and postoperative stress indexes[cortisol(COR),norepinephrine(NE),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],recurrence,aesthetics and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of blood loss in the research group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of operation,inci-sion length and incision healing time were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.01).At 24 h after operation,NE,COR and TNF-α in the two groups were higher than those before operation,and but lower in the research group than in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).There were no recurrence in the two groups at 6 months after follow-up.The excellent and good rate of breast beauty in the research group(93.21%,151/162)was higher than that in the control group(76.25%,122/160)(P＜0.01).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion EnCol minimally invasive rotary-cut surgery is effective in the treatment of benign breast masses,which can shorten the duration of operation and the length of hospital stay of patients,re-duce the stress reaction and postoperative complications,and can improve the postoperative breast beauty.
