摘要

目的 分析血清细胞黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)与白细胞介素-8(IL-8)在支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿中的变化及临床意义.方法 选取2019 年2 月—2022 年2 月收治的95 例支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿作为观察组,另选取同期体检健康儿99 例作为对照组.比较2 组血清ICAM-1、IL-17 与IL-8 水平;记录不同病情患儿血清ICAM-1、IL-17 与IL-8 水平;使用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨患儿哮喘控制的危险因素.结果 观察组血清ICAM-1、IL-17 与IL-8 水平均高于对照组(P<0.01).病情程度越重的患儿血清ICAM-1、IL-17 与IL-8 水平逐渐升高(P<0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析显示,血清ICAM-1、IL-17、IL-8 水平是影响小儿支气管哮喘控制水平的独立危险因素(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿血清ICAM-1、IL-17 与IL-8 水平明显升高,与疾病发生、发展有着重要联系.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the changes and clinical significance of serum cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Meth-ods In total,95 children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma treated from February 2019 to February 2022 were se-lected as the observation group,and 99 healthy children undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum levels of ICAM-1,IL-17 and IL-8 were compared between the two groups,and were recorded in children with different disease conditions.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the risk factors af-fecting asthma control in children.Results The levels of ICAM-1,IL-17 and IL-8 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of serum ICAM-1,IL-17 and IL-8 in children with more severe disease were also gradually increased(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum ICAM-1,IL-17 and IL-8 levels were independent risk factors affecting the control level of bronchial asthma in children(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclu-sion The levels of serum ICAM-1,IL-17 and IL-8 in children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma are significantly increased,which has an important relationship with the occurrence and development of the disease.
