球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞与支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗前交通动脉瘤破裂的效果及对认知功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞与支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗前交通动脉瘤破裂的效果及对认知功能的影响.方法 选取2018 年6 月—2021 年8 月收治的100 例前交通动脉瘤破裂患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为支架组、球囊组,每组50 例.支架组采用支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗,球囊组采用球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗.观察并比较2 组栓塞效果、不同时段认知功能评分、不良反应及预后情况.结果 治疗后,球囊组栓塞效果优于支架组(P＜0.05).术后1、3 个月,球囊组认知功能评分高于支架组(P＜0.05).治疗后,球囊组不良反应总发生率低于支架组,Glasgow预后量表分级优于支架组(P＜0.05).结论 与支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞比较,球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗前交通动脉瘤破裂患者的栓塞效果更为显著,且能够明显改善患者的认知功能,减少不良反应发生,预后较好.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of balloon-assisted coil embolization(BACE)and stent-assisted coil embolization on anterior communicating aneurysm rupture and its influence on cognitive function.Methods A total of 100 patients with anterior communicating aneurysm rupture treated from June 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects and divided into stent group(n =50)and balloon group(n =50)according to different treatment methods.The stent group was treated with stent-assisted coil embolization,and the balloon group was treated with BACE.The embolization effect,cognitive function scores,adverse reactions and prognosis of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the embolization effect of balloon group was significantly better than that of stent group(P＜0.05).At 1 and 3 months after surgery,the cognitive function scores of balloon group were significantly higher than those of stent group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in balloon group was significantly lower than that in stent group,and Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score was significantly higher than that in stent group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with stent-assisted coil embolization,BACE has a more significant effect in the treatment of patients with anterior communicating aneurysm rupture,which can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and have a better prognosis.
