益肾活血汤辅助治疗对维持性血液透析患者炎性因子、高凝状态及血管内皮功能的影响
Effects of Yishen Huoxue Decoction on Inflammatory Factors,Hypercoag-ulability and Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients Undergoing Mainte-nance Hemodialysis

摘要
目的 探讨益肾活血汤辅助治疗对维持性血液透析患者炎性因子、高凝状态及血管内皮功能的影响.方法 选取2019 年6 月—2022 年12 月收治的慢性肾衰竭尿毒症200 例,根据治疗方式不同将其分为观察组(采用益肾活血汤辅助维持性血液透析治疗,102 例)和对照组(采用维持性血液透析治疗,98 例)2 组.比较2 组治疗后临床效果,治疗前后炎性因子、凝血功能和血管内皮功能,以及治疗期间不良反应.结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率(93/102,91.18%)高于对照组(68/98,69.39%)(P＜0.01).治疗后,2 组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间及内皮素-1 均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组;硫化血红蛋白、一氧化氮均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.01).治疗期间,2 组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 采用益肾活血汤辅助治疗维持性血液透析患者能改善炎性因子水平、机体高凝状态及血管内皮功能,且安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Yishen Huoxue decoction adjuvant therapy on inflammatory fac-tors,hypercoagulability and vascular endothelial function in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods In to-tal,200 patients with uremia of chronic renal failure treated from June 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:observation group(Yishen Huoxue decoction assisted maintenance hemo-dialysis treatment,n =102)and control group(maintenance hemodialysis treatment,n =98).The clinical effect after treat-ment,inflammatory factors,coagulation function and vascular endothelial function before and after treatment,and adverse re-actions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observa-tion group(93/102,91.18%)was higher than that of control group(68/98,69.39%)(P＜0.01).After treatment,C reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,prothrombin time,activated partial thrombin time and endothelin-1 in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group.Vulcanized hemoglobin and nitric oxide were higher than those before treatment,which were higher in the ob-servation group than in the control group(P＜0.01).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of Yishen Huoxue decoction adjuvant therapy for patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis can improve the level of inflammatory factors,hypercoagulability of the body and vascular endothelial function,with good safety.
