Guo Weiqin's Experience in Using YiQiXieFei Decoction to Treat Heart Failure

摘要
心力衰竭是临床常见病,为各类心血管疾病发展的终末阶段.郭维琴教授认为心力衰竭的核心病机为气虚血瘀、阳虚水泛,并根据多年的临床实践与经验,总结出益气活血利水法治疗心力衰竭,自拟益气泻肺汤,且在不同基础病及合并疾病的情况下辨证论治,取得良好的临床疗效.
Abstract
Heart failure is a common clinical disease,which is the terminal phase of angiocard iopathy.Professor Guo Weiqi believes that the core pathogenesis of heart failure is Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Yang deficiency and water reten-tion.According to years of clinical practice and experience,Professor Guo Weiqin summarized the method of replenishing Qi,activating blood circulation and promoting diuresis to treat heart failure,and created a self-formulated Yiqi Xiefei decoction,for syndrome differentiation and treatment of heart failure according to different basic and concurrent diseases,achieving good clinical efficacy.
