Objective To investigate the relationship between Tp-Te/QT ratio, the level of serum signaling peptide-CUB-epidermal growth factor-like domain-containing protein 1(SCUBE1)and malignant ventricular arrhythmia(MVA)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods In total,135 patients with AMI admitted from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the case group, and 102 healthy physical examinees were selected as the control group.ECG data were analyzed and recorded by ECG scattergram technique, and the case group was divided into MVA group and non-MVA group according to occurrence of MVA.Tp-Te/QT ratio and serum SCUBE1 levels in each group were analyzed.Receiv-er operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the predictive efficacy of Tp-Te/QT ratio and serum SCUBE1 on MVA in AMI patients.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of MVA in AMI pa-tients.Results The Tp-Te/QT ratio and serum SCUBE1 level in case group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The Tp-Te/QT ratio and serum SCUBE1 level in MVA group were higher than those in non-MVA group(P<0.01).the area under the ROC curve(AUC)of Tp-Te/QT ratio combined with serum SCUBE1 in predicting MVA in AMI patients was 0.918,which was higher than that predicted by each indicator alone.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the Tp-Te/QT ratio≥0.22 and SCUBE1≥50.20 μg/L were risk factors for MVA in AMI patients(P<0.01).Conclusion Tp-Te/QT ratio and serum SCUBE1 are risk factors for MVA in AMI patients.Tp-Te/QT ratio combined with serum SCUBE1 has certain clinical value in predicting the risk of MVA in AMI patients.
