Objective Nerve injury is still a major cause of disability and death worldwide,including traumatic brain injury and ischemic stroke.Aceglutamide is a commonly used drug in clinical treatment of nerve injury,which can act on brain tissue and nervous system through the blood-brain barrier.It has been proved that Aceglutamide can improve the plastici-ty of the nervous system,promote the metabolism of nerve cells,and have a definite effect on nerve injury caused by various reasons such as traumatic brain injury and ischemic stroke.In this study,the research progress of Aceglutamide in the treat-ment of nerve injury is reviewed.
