摘要

目的 探讨分层引流联合乳头内陷矫正术治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎合并乳头内陷的临床效果.方法 选择2022 年6 月—2023 年6 月收治的非哺乳期乳腺炎合并乳头内陷 120 例,应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60 例.对照组采用常规炎症病灶切除配合单层引流加药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用分层引流联合乳头内陷矫正术治疗.比较2 组治愈率、乳房外观满意度、术后积液排出率、复发率、术后并发症发生率.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组乳头凸起、乳头形态、触碰感受评分均高于对照组,且乳房形态完整率高于对照组(P<0.01).观察组复发率低于对照组,术后积液排出率高于对照组(P<0.01).观察组术后感染率及并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.01).结论 分层引流联合乳头内陷矫正术为治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎合并乳头内陷的有效手段,可取得满意手术效果,提高美容效果,预防复发,且并发症发生率低.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of stratified drainage combined with correction of inverted nip-ple in the treatment of non-lactation mastitis(NLM)complicated with inverted nipple.Methods A total of 120 patients with NLM complicated with inverted nipples treated from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n =60)and control group(n =60)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional resec-tion of inflammatory lesions combined with single layer drainage and drug treatment,and the observation group was treated with layered drainage combined with correction of inverted nipple on the basis of the control group.The cure rate,breast appear-ance satisfaction,postoperative effusion rate,recurrence rate and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The breast protrusion,nipple shape and touch perception scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the breast shape integrity rate was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the postoperative effusion rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The postoperative infection rate and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Layered drainage combined with correction of inverted nipple is an effective method for the treatment of non-lactation mastitis complicated with inverted nipple,which can achieve satisfactory surgical results,improve the aesthetic effect,and prevent recurrence,with low complication rate.
