Effect of Xinkang Capsule on Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease with Qi-yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome and Inflammato-ry Factors
Objective To observe the effect of Xinkang capsule in the treatment of patients with stable angina pecto-ris of coronary heart disease(CHD)(Qi-yin deficiency with blood stasis).Methods A total of 88 patients with stable angi-na pectoris of CHD from July 2018 to December 2020 were selected,all of which were dialectically classified as Qi-yin defi-ciency with blood stasis,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xinkang capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 consecutive weeks.The changes of angina severity,angina curative effect,Seat-tle angina questionnaire(SAQ)score,angina pectoris attack,reduction rate of nitroglycerin and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Canadian Cardiovascular Society classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks were less or shorter than those of the control group.The SAQ scores were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of the above indexes before and after treatment in the observation group was greater than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and the reduction rate of nitroglycerin in the observation group(88.64%and 79.55%)were higher than those in the control group(68.18%and54.55%)(P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xinkang capsule can improve the clini-cal effect in stable angina pectoris of CHD with Qi-yin deficiency combined with blood stasis,attenuate the severity of angina pectoris,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
