摘要

支气管肺发育不良(BPD)是一种严重的新生儿呼吸系统疾病,发病机制复杂,近年患病率逐渐升高.褪黑素作为一种天然抗氧化剂,不仅能够抑制氧自由基产生、减轻氧化应激和细胞氧化损伤,还可通过多种途径促进肺泡发育、改善肺功能、减少肺组织炎症反应,有望成为BPD新的治疗选择.本文从褪黑素药理学、安全性和临床应用方面对其在BPD中的研究进展进行综述,力求全面、客观地展现褪黑素在该领域中的潜力、研究现状及未来应用前景.

Abstract

Objective Bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)is a serious neonatal respiratory disease with complex pathogenesis and a gradually increasing incidence in recent years.As a natural antioxidant,melatonin can not only inhibit the production of oxygen free radicals,reduce oxidative stress and cell oxidative damage,but also promote alveolar development,improve lung function and reduce lung tissue inflammation through various ways,which is expected to become a new treatment option for BPD.This article reviews the research progress of melatonin in BPD with respect to its pharmacology,safety and clinical application,and tries to comprehensively and objectively demonstrate the potential,research status and future applica-tion prospect of melatonin in this field.
